We have taken over numerous contracts from our competitors whom classed an air conditioning service as just a matter of cleaning filters. Our new clients are impressed at the drastic reduction in the number of repairs that were required at their premises.

This was as a direct result of making sure the works were carried out correctly and frequently.

We maintain repair and service all types of system by all manufacturers.

We also service and maintain Heating and Ventilating systems in office buildings.

We provide planned maintenance contracts ranging from £100 per annum to £140,000.

Periodically through the year we examine all the equipment within the building and issue a asset report. This details age and type of equipment its current condition and the anticipated life expectancy of all equipment.

We also advise clients on cost to replace any items of equipment that we consider will be coming to the end of their life expectancy.

During our regular maintenance visits if we feel that a item is likely to suffer a failure in the very near future that we consider to be long delivery in many instances we will order the part in advance of breakdown. We will always advise the client of the cost and delivery and implications of this failure. We always advise a client if we believe that the repairs will be uneconomical.

We believe it is essential that the client is fully aware of the status of their equipment any expenditure that may be necessary in the imminent future to maintain the level of environmental comfort as desired. If any part does fail we already have the information at hand to locate and acquire the necessary spare parts.
